dc.description	The majority of human societies, in terms of their cultural, social and political characteristics, tend to rely more on communication and media technologies and integrate them in the various fields of economic, social, cultural, and even competition in the adoption of technologies, This trend towards the irrational consumption of communication and information technology will inevitably produce effects and repercussions on human society, particularly in its sensitive social, cultural and political aspects. This is what we are aware of at the level of uh. Social and cultural development. The social and political upbringing is witnessing the advent of communication technology and the media as a source that competes with traditional sources in the upbringing of the individual and produces new patterns of values and customs.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تتجه أغلب المجتمعات البشرية على اختلاف خصوصياتها الثقافية و الاجتماعية، نحو الاعتماد أكثر على تكنولوجيا الاتصال و الإعلام و إدماجها في مختلف المجالات الحيوية"الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية"، بل إلى حد وجود منافسة شديدة في تبني تقنيات، و إفرازات هذه التكنولوجيا و إنتاجها بجميع أشكالها، باعتبار أنها تمثل معيار لتطور الدول أو تخلفها، هذا التوجه نحو الإستهلاك الغير عقلاني لتكنولوجيا الاتصال والإعلام، حتما سينتج عنه أثار وانعكاسات تمس المجتمع البشري، خاصة في جوانبه الحساسة الاجتماعية و الثقافية وهو ما نلمسه على صعيد أهم عملية اجتماعية و ثقافية، فالتنشئة الاجتماعية تشهد ولوج تكنولوجيا الاتصال و الإعلام كمصدر ينافس المصادر التقليدية في تنشئة الفرد، وينتج أنماط جديدة من القيم و العادات.	en_US
