| Résumé: | تعد ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية اليوم من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي و لا سيما المجتمع الأوروبي، الذي يعرف زيادة كبيرة في أعداد المهاجرين غير الشرعيين ، حتى أصبحت أوروبا اليوم تعرف بقارة المهاجرين، و لعل ذلك مرده تأزم الأوضاع السياسية و الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية في الدول المصدرة للهجرة. و لا شك أن تنامي ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، يعكس تعبيرا من المهاجرين عن أوضاع غير مرغوب فيها داخل دولهم، ولكن نتيجة لإدراك أوروبا بمخاطر وتداعيات هذه الظاهرة على أمنها، قامت باعتماد مجموعة من الآليات لمواجهتها. |
| Description: | The phenomenon of illegal immigration today is one of the most important challenges facing the international community, especially the European community, which knows a large increase in the number of illegal immigrants, so that Europe today is known as the continent of immigrants, perhaps due to the worsening political, economic and social conditions in countries Exporting. There is no doubt that the growing phenomenon of illegal immigration reflects the expression of immigrants from undesirable conditions within their countries, but as a result of Europe's perception of the dangers and implications of this phenomenon for its security, it adopted a number of mechanisms to confront them |
