dc.description	For any banking activity, one should have a licence from Monetary and Loan Council in addition to an accreditation that is pronounced by the governor of the Algerian bank. The file needs to be fully presented according to the law of loaning and monetary, and the 06/02 system that deals with determining the right conditions of creating a bank or any foreign financial institution. After getting this approval, another instance that concerns the accreditation from the bank governor needs to be submitted. Finally, the accreditation certificate will be published on the official newspaper to allow people start their banking activity	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ومن أجل ممارسة النشاط المصرفي لابد من الحصول على الترخيص من طرف مجلس النقد والقرض بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد الذي يصدر بموجب مقرر من محافظ بنك الجزائر . ويتم تقديم ملف كامل والذي نص عليه قانون النقد والقرض ونظام رقم 06/02 المتعلق بتحديد شروط تأسيس بنك ومؤسسة مالية وشرط إقامة فرع بنك ومؤسسة مالية أجنبية ،وبعد الحصول على الترخيص يتم تقديم طلب آخر والمتمثل في الاعتماد من طرف محافظ بنك الجزائر وفي الأخير يتم نشر مقرر الاعتماد في الجريدة الرسمية ،وهذا الإجراء يسمح له بمزالة النشاط المصرفي في الجزائر	en_US
