| Résumé: | تتميز العديد من المجتمعات ببنيتها الاجتماعية غير المتجانسة – تعدد العرقيات والإثنيات والطوائف والأقليات والمذاهب – وفي ظل غياب رؤية إستراتيجية وطنية، مما يؤثر سلبا على حالة الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي، وظهور الصراعات الداخلية التي قد تتحول إلى حرب أهلية بين مختلف التيارات والقوى الموجودة في المجتمع باتجاه انهيار الدولة وتفككها، بسبب عجز النظام السياسي القائم على استيعاب كل هده المكونات وإشراكها في العملية السياسية وصناعة القرار السياسي ورسم السياسيات العامة، وتمثيلهم في مختلف المؤسسات الرسمية، ومن أجل معالجة هذه المسألة تم طرح نموذج الديمقراطية التوافقية كآلية لتحقيق الاستقرار السياسي والتخفيف من حدة الصراعات الداخلية في المجتمعات غير المتجانسة والمتعددة التركيبة الاجتماعية. ودولة ماليزيا تعكس واقعا اجتماعيا وسياسيا جديرا بالدراسة، كونها دولة مركبة متعددة الأثنيات والعرقيات، لكنها استطاعت تحقيق استقرارا سياسيا نسبيا في إطار توافق سياسي ودستوري، يشجع الانتماء للوطن الواحد ماليزيا. |
