Résumé:	نخلص مما سبق ذكره إلى أن فلسفة التجريم في الأعمال الإعلامية اتجاه السلطة القضائية تتمحور ،حول ما إذا ارتكب الإعلامي باختلاف صور نشاطاته الإعلامية، فعلا يعتبر جريمة في حق السلطة القضائية يعاقب عليها القانون. ولعل من أهم هذه الأفعال الإعلامية المجرّمة ،هي ما يتعلق بمسألة المساس بشرف واعتبار القضاة، كجريمة القذف والسب العلني المرتكب من طرف الإعلامي اتجاه السلطة القضائية هذا من جهة. ومن جهة أخرى تلك الأفعال الإعلامية المخلة بالاحترام الواجب نحو الهيئات القضائية، كإهانة المجالس القضائية والمحاكم على سبيل المثال.
