| Résumé: | للطفولة مكانة اجتماعية بالغة الأهمية؛ فهي مستقبل الأمة والقاعدة الأساسية لأهم مراحل صور البناء المادي والروحي للإنسان، ومن خلالها تعبر البشرية من جيل إلى آخر، وبفضلها تمسك الإنسانية بخيط التواصل بين الزمان والمكان، وبالنظر للانتهاك حقوق الطفل التي طبعت فترة زمنية معتبرة من تاريخ البشرية مما جعل قضايا الطفولة تطفو على اهتمامات الساحة الدولية وتعرف تصاعداً عالمياً وصلت إلى قمتها بإصدار الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل، ونظرا لحساسية هذه المرحلة أحاطت الحضارات الإنسانية والمجتمع الدولي الطفل بحماية خاصة، ومنعت تعرضه للمعاملات القاسية أو للأخطار التي تعيق نموه، وضمان معاملة أفضل خاصة للطفل الذي يعيش في ظل ظروف |
