| dc.description.abstract | تطرق المشرع الجزائري إلى الحق في الحصول على المعلومة أو ما يعرف بالحق في الإعلام البيئي في العديد من القوانين والمراسيم التنفيذية كما هو عليه الحال في قانون 03-10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة. أو في المرسوم التنفيذي 88-131 المنظم للعلاقات بين الإدارة والمواطن، أو في المرسوم التنفيذي 06-198 الذي يضبط التنظيم المطبق على المنشآت المصنفة لحماية البيئة في الجزائر... إلى غير ذلك من النصوص القانونية التي يعترف فيها المشرع الجزائري، ولو ضمنيا بالحق في الحصول على المعلومات البيئية، اذ أصبح لكل شخص الحق في أن يطلب معلومات عن بيئته التي يعيش فيها . ولذلك ينظر الفقهاء إلى الحق في الإعلام البيئي على أنه حق من حقوق الإنسان، حتى ولو أنه ليس هينا الحصول على هذه المعلومات من بعض الجهات التي لها تأثير كبير على البيئة. | en_US |
