dc.description.abstract	لقد أصبح الحديث عن البيئة من الأمور المتداولة في الوقت الحاضر، وهو الأمر الذي جعل منها حاجة ملحة لدراسة والتدقيق سواء في مفهومها أوفي الخصائص المميزة لها وكذا تحديد المشكلات التي تعاني منها، وأخذت مسالة البيئة وحمايتها مجالا كبيراً من الإهتمام على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، وهذا مرده إلى الارتباط الوثيق بين الإنسان والحيوان والنبات، مما دفع بالأشخاص سواء الطبيعية منها أو المعنوية لتوجه نحو الاتفاق وعقد المؤتمرات و ورشات العمل المتخصصة لبحث في الإشكاليات المرتبطة بموضوع بالبيئة. و المشرع الجزائري كغيره توجه إلى تبني قواعد قانونية يهدف من خلالها إلى تحقيق ردع في المجال البيئي عن طريق توقيع الجزاء على كل من يهدد أو يعتدي على البيئة إما بإلحاق الأضرار بها آو المساعدة على الإضرار بها.	en_US
