dc.description.abstract	في السنوات الأخيرة وتحت تأثير العولمة والتحول إلى اقتصاديات السوق وتغير طبيعة دور الدولة، وموجات الإصلاح السياسي والانتقال إلى الديمقراطية، وظهور أفكار وممارسات الحكم الرشيد وتنامي قوة ونفوذ المجتمع المدني. ازداد التوجه نحو الاعتماد بصفة أساسية على القطاع الخاص في تحقيق التنمية على مستوى الجماعات المحلية . نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مضمون كل من التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية والقطاع الخاص، و الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه هذا القطاع في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية على المستوى المحلي في الجزائر. وقد توصلنا إلى أن القطاع الخاص يلعب دورا كبيرا في تفعيل الدور التنموي للجماعات المحلية من خلال زيادة معدلات النشاط الاقتصادي وتوفير فرص عمل للمواطنين المحليين، كما يساهم في تعزيز القدرات التنافسية للاقتصاديات المحلية، وفي رفع كفاءة الخدمات العامة المحلية.	en_US

The aim of this research is to identify local economic development and the private sector, and the role that the private sector can play in the process of economic development at the local level in Algeria. We found that the private sector plays a big role in activating the developmental role of local communities through increasing economic activity and providing job opportunities for local citizens, It also contributes to the competitiveness of local economies and to the efficiency of local public services.	en_US
