dc.description.abstract	أدى التقدم الصناعي إلى ازدياد مخاطر التلوث على البيئة والإنسان، ويعتبر الحفاظ على البيئة نظيفة وخالية من الملوثات من مهام ومسؤوليات الدولة الحديثة، كما يعد القانون الإداري بما يضعه تحت يد الإدارة من سلطات وامتيازات لتحقيق النفع العام من أكثر فروع القانون اتصالا بمكافحة التلوث داخل الدولة، حيث تعتبر الإدارة مسؤولة عن نتائج أعمالها غير المشروعة الملوثة للبيئة، نظرا لما فيها من مساس بحقوق ومصالح الأفراد	en_US
