| dc.description.abstract | لقد أولت الشريعة الإسلامية موضوع البيئة اهتماما كبيرا من خلال ربط القرآن الكريم باستمرار الإنسان بالكون ودعوته إلى التفكر والـتأمل في سائر المخلوقات بما فيه الإنسان نفسه وذلك بما أوتي من علم وحواس ميّزه الله بها على سائر المخلوقات .ولعل الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو إبراز فلسفة الشريعة الإسلامية ومنهجها في المحافظة على البيئة ،وإبراز ارتباط رعاية البيئة بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية الكبرى من المكلفين ، وبمصالحهم الضرورية.وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن البيئة مرتبطة بمقاصد الشرع من الخلق و أن الإنسان مدعو في منهج الشريعة الإسلامية إلى استثمار ما في هذا الكون وتسخير جميع منافعه تحقيقا لمصالحه ولمقاصد الشرع من الخلق دون أيّ تعدّ أو ظلم. | en_US |
