dc.description.abstract	تهدف دراستنا إلى قراءة وتحليل إشكالية تسيير النفايات الحضرية بولاية عين الدفلى إلى غاية 2019، مع استعراض أهم المشاكل التي تواجه السلطات المحلية وطريقة مجابهتها لها بأدوات تفتقر إلى الفعالية المطلوبة، وهذا لغرض دفعها إلى تدارك النقائص والعراقيل في هذا المضمار. خلصنا من دراستنا لطريقة تسيير النفايات الحضرية بالولاية غير فعالة، حيث يتم التخلص من النفايات بالتفريغ العشوائي مع إهمال معالجة بعض أصنافها.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Our study aims to read and analyze the problem of urban waste management in the state of Ain Defla until 2019, with a review of the most important problems facing local authorities and the way to confront them with tools that lack the required effectiveness, and this is for the purpose of prompting them to remedy the shortcomings and obstacles in this field. We concluded from our study that the urban waste management method in the state is ineffective, as waste is disposed of by random dumping while neglecting the treatment of some of its types.	en_US
