dc.description.abstract	تعتبــر الحماية الدستورية لمواضيع حماية البيئة من اختصاصات المجلس الشعبي الوطني منذ دستور 1976 ،وذلك في مواقع مختلفة بحسب التعديلات ،ولقد نص الدستور على حماية الثروة النباتية والحيوانية والأنظمة الايكولوجية التي تعتبر من عناصر ومكونات التنوع البيولوجي ، غير أنها ناقصة لا تلم عن المجال بشكل كامل .ولقد أغفل المشرع الدستوري النص على المصطلح اللفظي للتنوع البيولوجي الذي يكون كافيا ومتضمنا لجميع عناصره ومستوياته.	en_US
