dc.description.abstract	تُعد الهندسة الوراثية التقنية الحيوية الحديثة غير التقليدية المستعملة لتعديل المادة الوراثية. وعلى إثر تطور تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحيوية بهدف استعمال المنظومات الحية أو مكوناتها في الأغراض الصناعية ناهيك في المجال الزراعي،ظهرت الأصناف النباتية المحورة بغية تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتنويع السلالات وتكثيف الإنتاج. ولما كان الأمر عليه كذلك، يستوجب توفير الحماية القانونية على المستوى الدولي والوطني لهذه الأصناف النباتية المحورة. وهو ما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريج عليه.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Genetic engineering is the modern, unconventional biotechnology used to modify genetic material. Following the development of biotechnology applications with the aim of using living systems or their components for industrial purposes, not to mention in the agricultural field, modified plant varieties appeared in order to achieve food security, diversify breeds and intensify production. As this is the case, it is necessary to provide legal protection at the international and national levels for these modified plant varieties. This is what this study aims to explore.	en_US
