| dc.description.abstract | إن تغير المناخ هو التحول في الظواهر الجوية العالمية المرتبطة بزيادة في متوسط درجات الحرارة العالمية، وهو ما حدث فعلا حول العالم في العقود الأخيرة، وقد أثرت هذه الظاهرة على مختلف الموارد مما جعلها تسبب أضرارا ومخاطر كبيرة للبشرية والكائنات الحية، فباتت تشكل تهديدا أمنيا حقيقيا مختلف عن التهديد الأمني التقليدي، كونه غير عسكري، عابر للحدود، لا يمكن التنبؤ به. لأجل ذلك لاقى هذا الموضوع اهتمام كبير خلال مؤتمرات الامم المتحدة، لذلك وجب وضع استراتيجيات للتخفيف من حدة ظاهرة تغير المناخ للتصدي لكل ما يهدد الأمن البيئي. كلمات مفتاحية: تغير مناخي، امن، احتباس حراري، أمن انساني، تلوث | en_US |
