| dc.description.abstract | للمياه دور حيوي فعال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ونظرا لما أصبحت تواجهه اليوم من مخاطر ندرتها المتوقعة اقليميا ووطنيا بسبب الطلب الزائد عليها وتغير المناخ، فإنّ العديد من الاستراتيجيات التشريعية الوطنية تسعى للتصدي لتحديات المياه. وذلك من خلال المسارعة إلى اعتماد وتنفيذ الآليات المؤسسية لرصد أهداف التنمية المستدامة المتصلة بالمياه، ولذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على الاستراتيجية التشريعية والمؤسسية للجزائر في إطار القانون رقم 05-12 المتعلق بالمياه لتنظيم آليات الاستعمال والتنمية المستدامة للمياه. حيث وضع المشرع الجزائري أسس قانونية خاصة لتكوين المياه واستعمالها وتسييرها وحمايتها من مختلف أنواع التلوث، تطبيقا للإستراتيجية الوطنية المستقبلية الشاملة لضمان الادارة المتكاملة للموارد المائية للأجيال الحالية مع مراعاة حقوق الأجيال القادمة من هذه الثروة | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Water has a vital and effective role in achieving sustainable development, and given the risks it faces today from its expected scarcity due to the increased demand for it and climate change, many national legislative strategies seek to address water challenges. And that is by quickly adopting and implementing institutional mechanisms for monitoring the sustainable development goals related to water. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on the legislative and institutional strategy of Algeria within the framework of Law No. 12-05 related to water to regulate the mechanisms of use and sustainable development of water. Where the Algerian legislator laid special legal foundations for the formation, use, management and protection of water from various types of pollution, in implementation of the comprehensive future national strategy to ensure the integrated management of water resources for current generations, taking into account the rights of future generations from this wealth. | en_US |
