dc.description.abstract	يدور موضوع الدراسة حول ظاهرة المقاومة الاجتماعية إبان فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي ولطالما أدرجتها سلطة الاحتلال في دائرة الجنوح والجنايات، في حين أن البعض منها جاء كرد فعل على السياسة الفرنسية في المجال الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. تخص تلك الظاهرة كل الأعمال المرتبطة باستخدام العنف والقوة التي يرتكبها مجموعة من الرجال عادة ليلا من قبل مهمشين اجتماعين وفي المناطق المعزولة. إن المشكل في هذه الظاهرة هو تحديد مفهوم لها فغالبا ما ترى فيها بعض الأوساط الاجتماعية ظاهرة صحية تدرس في وفق منظور المجتمع	en_US
