dc.description	Scientific and technological development has affected life, including marriage; especially in the ways of expressing the will between two parties apart. Since marriage is prone to deception and breakthroughs, most jurists and theologians (faqih) of the Sharia blocked the door for it to preserve its sanctity according to the rule of having no disadvantages better than bringing interests have. The legislator has followed this development very slowly in some areas, but there is no trace for that in the Family law. Notwithstanding, the provision of legal order and protection, and the good control of such means, may restore confidence in them, thereby changing the view of religion in the field of marriage, to make life easier for people and to keep pace with technological developments. dc.description.abstract	أثر التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي على الحياة الاجتماعية ولا سيما الزواج؛ وخاصة في طرق التعبير عن الإرادة بين طرفين متباعدين، وبما أن هذه الوسيلة عرضة للخداع والاختراقات؛ سد أغلب فقهاء الشريعة الباب أمامها للحفاظ على قدسية الزواج؛ عملا بقاعدة دفع المساوئ أولى من جلب المصالح، كما أن المشرع ساير هذا التطور ببطء شديد في بعض المجالات، لكن لا أثر لذلك في قانون الأسرة. غير أن توفير النظام القانوني والحماية، والتحكم الجيد بهذه الوسائل، قد يعيد الثقة فيها، مما يغير نظرة فقهاء الدين لها وإباحتها في مجال الزواج، لتسهيل الحياة على الناس ومسايرة التطورات التكنولوجية	en_US
