dc.description.abstract	ضطلع المؤسسات السيادية الجزائرية، مدنية كانت أم عسكرية، بمهام جسيمة في مجال تأمين وحماية المعالم الأثرية، فالوزارة الوصية المتمثلة في وزارة الثقافة والفنون ومن خلال هياكلها ومديرياتها المنتشرة على المستويين المركزي والمحلي تأتي على رأس تلك المؤسسات بما خوله لها القانون من مهام وصلاحيات، لتأتي بعدها الوزارة المكلفة بالمجاهدين باعتبار الممتلكات الثقافية التاريخية من صميم صلاحياتها. أيضا لا يجب إغفال المؤسسات الأمنية التي تقف كجدار صد منيع ضد كل محاولة للمساس بالتراث الثقافي على المستوى الوطني، وقد تناولنا في مقالنا هذا قيادة الدرك الوطني كنموذج لمؤسسة عسكرية وأمنية تقوم، عبر وحداتها الإقليمية والمتخصصة المنتشرة عبر كامل إقليم التراب الوطن، بدور فعال في تأمين المعالم الأثرية وقمع أي محاولة للمساس بها أو التعدي عليها	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	the Algerian sovereign institutions, whether civilian or military, are in charge of critical missions in terms of securing and protecting archeological sites. The Ministry of Culture and Arts, as a supervising Department, through its structures and diroctorales which the scattered at central and local levels is at the top of those institutions with the duties and powers vested in by law. Then comes the Ministry in charge of the Veterans (El-Moudjahidines) considering that the cultural and historical properties are the core of its missions. In addition, it is unacceptable to overlook the role of the securing institutions which represent a blocking wall against any attempt to prejudices the cultural heritage at the national level we have treated in the present work the National Gendarmerie as a model of a securing and military institution which have played an important role in securing archeological sites and attempt of prejudice or infringement.	en_US
