| Résumé: | لقد لعب التطور التكنولوجي دوراً كبيراً في بناء الحضارة الإنسانية الحديثة ، وكان لهذا التطور سببًا في جميع التحولات الجذرية في مجالات الإنتاج، وعلى الرغم من المزايا العديدة التي تقدمها لنا التكنولوجيا إلا أن لها بعض السلبيات التي ساهمت في تقييد الحريات الشخصية للأفراد عن طريق الرقابة والتحقيق وغيرها من وسائل الانتهاكات الأخرى للحرية. حيث ظهرت مرحلة جديدة للإثبات بإجراءات إيجابية هدفها الوصول إلى إثبات لا يدحض منها جهاز كشف الكذب والتحليل العقاقيري ومصل الحقيقة شكلت تهديدًا واضحًا لحقوق الفرد ولعدالة إجراءات القانون جزئيًا بسبب التعدي على التكامل الشخصي وحرمة الضمير، أما بالنسبة للضمانات المقررة للمتهم، فإنه من الضروري المحافظة على حرية المتهم اثناء مرحلة التحقيق وكذلك في مرحلة المحاكمة. |
| Description: | Technological development has played a major role in building modern human civilization, and this development has caused radical transformations in the fields of production, and despite the many advantages that technology offers us, it has some negatives that contributed to restricting the personal freedoms of individuals through control, investigation and other Other means of infringements of liberty.
