| Résumé: | تمثل المشاركة السياسية جوهر الممارسة الديمقراطية، كونها تمكن الفرد من لعب دور أساسي في العملية السياسية، والجزائر في تجربتها الديمقراطية عرفت أزمة في مشاركة سياسية في جميع أشكالها منذ تبني التعددية السياسية، حيث عكف الشعب الجزائري على العزوف السياسي إلى غاية الحراك الشعبي لـ 22فبراير 2019 الذي أحدث تحولا في الخارطة السياسية في الجزائر، إلا أن أزمة المشاركة السياسية شكلت تحديا في بناء الجزائر الجديدة، وهو ما يفسر ارتباطها بالعوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بدرجة كبيرة، خاصة في ظل الظروف والأزمات التي تعيشها الجزائر، ما يعكس لها العلاقة البراغماتية بين المواطن والسلطة، بحيث أنه كلما توافرت الشروط الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية زادت نسب المشاركة السياسية و اكتساب ثقة المواطن في مؤسسات الدولة. |
| Description: | Political participation is the essence of democratic practice, as it enables the individual to play a key role in the political process, and Algeria in its democratic experience is a crises, in political participation at all levels since the adoption of political pluralism, as the Algerian people engaged in political reluctance until the popular movement of February 22,2019 which he brought about a transformation in the political map in Algeria, but the crisis of political participation, constituted a challenge in building the new Algeria, which explain its connection to economic and social factors to large extent, experienced by Algerians, which reflects to us pragmatic relationship between the citizen and the authority, so that whenever there is the economic and social situation, the higher rets of political participation and the citizen’s gaining of confidence in the state’s institutions key words: Corona, Politique Participation, Popular movement, Elections ,Political reluctance, democracy |
