Résumé:	يتمحور موضوع البحث حول الدور الذي تقوم به عقود خدمات المعلومات في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا وما خلفته هذه الأزمة من آثار سلبية سواء من الناحية الصحية أو الاقتصادية ونظرا للظروف الاستثنائية وحالة الضرورة التي تواجهها جميع دول العالم كان لابد من وضع مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات الاحترازية من اجل سلامة مواطنيها دون المساس بحقوقهم وحرياتهم ، ونظرا للتقدم التكنولوجي الهائل نجد أن الانترنت كان له دورا كبيرا خلال هذه الفترة الحرجة، خاصة في عمليات التعاقد في عقود خدمات المعلومات، تظهر في تبادل الإيجاب والقبول في زمان ومكان إبرام هذه العقود الذي يستقيل فيه المستخدم النهائي إشعارا من الموجب يفيد تسلمه القبول وان إثبات هذه العقود يكون من خلال التوقيع الالكتروني المعترف بصحته في الإثبات .
Description:	Summary of the research The topic of the research revolves around the role that information services contracts play in light of the Coronavirus pandemic, and the negative effects of this crisis, whether in terms of health or economics, and given the exceptional circumstances and the state of necessity faced by all countries of the world, it was necessary to put in place a set of measures and precautionary measures. For the sake of the safety of its citizens without prejudice to their rights and freedoms, and in view of the tremendous technological progress, we find that the Internet had a great role during this critical period, especially in contracting processes in information service contracts, it appears in the exchange of offer and acceptance at the time and place of concluding these contracts in which the end user resigns A notification from the obligee stating that he has received acceptance and that the proof of these contracts shall be through an electronic signature Acknowledged authenticity in evidence. key words: : information services contract - conclusion of the contract – electronic signature - proof of contract - Corona Virus .
