| Résumé: | أسهمت عواطف الغضب الاجتماعي، وانعدام الثقة بالنخبة والمؤسسة، في تشجيع السياسيين والشخصيات الكاريزمية على استغلال هذا الوضع في تأسيس خطاب مشحون عاطفيًا، يسمى الخطاب الشعبوي، من خلاله يكون التأثير في المجتمع وتحريكه نحو تحقيق أهداف معينة، بصفتهم الشخصية الناطقة بلسان الشعب. وقد نجح القادة الشعبويون في التنفيس عن بعض هذه المشاعر بمختلف مستويات الوصف اللغوي. يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بالخطاب الشعبوي وأشكاله المختلفة، بين الإيجابية والعدائية، وتأثيره في السياسة العالمية، انطلاقا من الناحية النفسية للتعبير اللغوي عن الفكر العاطفي الشعبوي. الكلمات المفتاحية: شعبوية؛ خطاب؛ عاطفة؛ شحن النفوس؛ اجتماعي اقتصادي؛ سياسة عالمية. |
| Description: | Emotions of social anger and lack of confidence in the elite and the establishment contributed to encouraging politicians and charismatic figures to exploit this situation in establishing an emotionally charged discourse, called populist discourse, through which the influence in society and its movement towards achieving certain goals, in their capacity as the people's mouthpiece. Populist leaders have succeeded in venting some of these sentiments at all levels of linguistic description. This article aims to introduce the populist discourse and its various forms, between positivity and hostility, and its impact on global politics, starting from the psychological point of view of the linguistic expression of the emotional populist thought |
