| Résumé: | تتناول هذه الدراسة مشاريع الصلح بين الجزائريين بمختلف صيغه منذ توقيف المسار الإنتخابي سنة 1992 وما خلفه ذلك من فجوة عميقة في نفوس الجزائريين أدت إلى تفجير النسيج الإجتماعي ونشر الكثير من صور الكره والأحقاد والخوف من الآخر، بالتركيز على حيثيات التجربة ومكاسبها، ولا سيما بعد مرور ثلاثة عقود مورست فيها الكثير من محاولات الإصلاح بهدف نشر وترسيخ ثقافة السلم والتسامح في المجتمع الجزائري، وذلك من خلال رصد أهم المحاولات والمبادرات الأولية سواء كانت من طرف السلطة أو من أطراف أخرى وصولا إلى المصالحة الوطنية وبعض تبعات الحراك الشعبي سنة 2019. الكلمات المفتاحية: التسامح والسلم، الآليات السياسية والقانونية، الجزائر. |
| Description: | This study deals with reconciliation projects among Algerians in various forms since the electoral process was suspended in 1992 and the deep gap that resulted in Algerians' souls that led to the explosion of the social situation and the publication of many images of hatred and fear of the other, focusing on the merits of the experience and its gains, especially after the passage of three Decades in which many reform attempts were practiced with the aim of spreading and consolidating a culture of peace and tolerance in Algerian society, by monitoring the most important attempts and initial initiatives, whether by the authority or from other parties, leading to national reconciliation and some of the consequences of the popular movement in 2019 |
