| Résumé: | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مسألة وقضايا الهجرة غير الشرعية في علاقات التعاون بمنطقة حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط بصفة عامة، ويتم التركيز بصفة مباشرة على انعكاسات هذه الظاهرة وتداعياتها على علاقات التعاون والشركة بين دول الاتحاد الأوربي من جهة ودول المغرب العربي من جهة أخرى، مع التركيز أكثر على تأثير ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية بقضايا الاستقرار السياسي في المنطقة، إضافة إلى دراسة أسباب زيادة انعدام الأمن بكل مستوياته وأبعاده في منطقة حوض المتوسط، والناتج عن العمليات الإرهابية وارتباطها بالهجرة غير الشرعية وكل أنشطة الاتجار بجميع أنواع الأسلحة والمخدرات. |
