| Résumé: | يعتبر البحث العلمي وظيفة من وظائف مؤسسات التعليم العالي، بإعتباره وسيلة رقي و تقدم للمجتمعات في مختلف المجالات، سواء الاقتصادية، أو السياسية، أو الاجتماعية، و رغم الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة في ترقية البحث العلمي و تطويره، وتوظيف الطاقات البشرية في انتاج علمي يخدم المجتمع، لكن ما نراه اليوم على مستوى جامعاتنا، معاكس تماما لسياسات الدولة في ترقية البحث العلمي، لعدة اعتبارات، حالت دون تسهيل انتاجية العلمية، للباحث على مستوى مخابر الجامعة، وهذا ما جعلنا نتساءل عن الاسباب والمحددات التي تحول دون إحداث قفزة نوعية في مجال البحث العلمي، وترقيته من اجل انتاج المعرفة العلمية، ومن ثم تجسيدها في ارض الواقع، في مجال التنمية وتحسين الواقع الاقتصادي، هذا ما جعلنا نبحث عن معيقات البحث العلمي في الجامعات الجزائرية |
