dc.description.abstract	عرفت الجزائر عام 1932م ميلاد جمعية العلماء السُّنة والتي هي انشقاق قام به كوكب من العلماء الإصلاحيين من التيار الطرقي، الذين كانوا أعضاء في جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين، أظهرت هذه الجمعية من اليوم الأول لتأسيسها العداء لجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين والولاء للفرنسيين، وقد اتخذت هذه الجمعية الصحافة المكتوبة أحد أسلحتها في مواجهة جمعية العلماء المسلمين ومن بين هذه الصحف المعيار،هذه الصحيفة التي اعتمدت على أسلوب الشتم والتنابز ووصف العلماء بأوصاف مخلة وغير أخلاقية في الكثير من المقالات و الاعداد.	en_US
