| Résumé: | ان توفير منتجات الصيدلانية بما فيها الادوية الجنيسة من المسائل التي تسعى اي دولة ضمان وجودها و تستعمل في سبيل ذلك جميع الطرق اللازمة لتحقيق ذلك بما فيه سن قوانين تنظم هذه الوسائل ، و يعتبر الانتاج المحلي و الاستراد من اهم الوسائل التي تستعملها اي دولة لتوفير هذه المادة الاساسية لضمان رفاهية الحياة ، و لقد نظم المشرع الجزائري انتاج المنتجات الصيدلانية و استرادها وفقا لقانون الصحة و قوانين اخرى بهدف حماية المرضى مع ابقاء حالة الاحتكار محصورة على الصيادلة فقط دون سواهم و في سبيل ذلك بين المشرع الطبيعة القانونية للمؤسسات المنتجة و المستوردة و الشروط الواجب توافرها و اتباعها لضمان هذه المادة و اثاثر المترتبة على ذلك. |
| Description: | The provision of pharmaceutical products, including generic medicines, is one of the issues that any country seeks to ensure its existence and uses all necessary means to achieve this, including the enactment of laws governing these means. Local production and imports are considered the most important means used by any country to provide this material. The Algerian legislator organized the production and importation of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the Health Law and other laws in order to protect patients while keeping the monopoly situation confined to pharmacists only, and for this purpose between legislator the legal nature of the institutions of production, And it must be met and followed to ensure this article and Athather arising therefrom. |
