Résumé:	إن الحديث عن البعد الإسلامي لرسالة الإسلام لا يزال يحظى باهتمام كبير من طرف المشتغلين بالحقل السياسي، فالإسلام إلى جانب كونه رسالة روحية خالصة، فهو يهدف أيضا على فكرة ترشيد الحكم، إذ نجده يحرص على إصلاح منظومة الفساد ونشر العدل، وتحقيق الخير العام والوصول إلى السلطة وفق رؤية راشدة. من هنا تجيء أهمية هذه الدراسة لتشكل صورة واضحة عن تلك المبادئ العامة في الحكم والتي ظهرت في البيئة العربية الإسلامية زمن النبي، والتعرف على القواعد والأصول العامة التي يقوم عليها الحكم الراشد في الإسلام، وطرح الفلسفة السياسية في الإسلام من خلال تجربة الرسول التاريخية
Description:	Talking about the Islamic dimension of the message of Islam is still receiving great attention from those working in the political field, because Islam, besides being a pure spiritual message, is also keen on the idea of rationalizing the rule, as we find his teachings reduced to reforming the system of corruption, spreading justice, and achieving public good and access to power according to an adult vision. From here the importance of this study comes to form a clear picture of those general principles of government thate appeared in the Arab Islamic environment during the time of the prophet, and to identify the general rules and principles upon which the good governance is based on Islam, and to indicate the extent of our need today to activate this rational discourse in the Arab political situation.
