| Résumé: | بعد الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية لسنة 1929 بدأ الفكر الاقتصادي يتجه نحو توظيف مفاهيم ومقاربات جديدة استجابة للمتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتلاحقة، ولعل أبرز هذه التغيرات تلك التي طرأت على مفهوم التنمية بظهور مقاربة جديدة عرفت بالتنمية البشرية، التي اتجهت بفضلها البوصلة التنموية نحو ضرورة مراعاة الحاجيات الأساسية للأفراد والاستثمار الأمثل في الموارد البشرية بما ينعكس على الأفراد والجماعات بنتائج فعالة تساهم في الرفع من القدرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وسنحاول في هذه الدراسة التركيز على أهم المقاييس التي تعتمدها المؤسسات الاقتصادية في معرفة واقع التنمية البشرية. تعمدنا الاستعانة بثلاثة مؤشرات هي " معدل الدخل الفردي باعتباره انعكاس للقدرة الشرائية ومؤشر على درجة الفقر، إضافة واقع التعليم باعتباره ترجمة للبيئة الثقافية والتعليمية في الدول، وثالثا ركزنا على واقع الصحة التي تدل على معدل العمر وإمكانيات العيش الكريم. |
| Description: | After the global economic crisis of 1929 economic thought began to employ new concepts and approaches in response to successive economic and social changes. The most prominent of these changes were the development concept of a new approach known as human development which led to the necessity of considering the basic needs of individuals and investment In this study we will try to focus on the most important criteria adopted by economic institutions in the field of human resources. Entertain the reality of human development. We used three indicators "the rate of per capita income as a reflection of purchasing power and the index of the degree of poverty the addition of the reality of education as a translation of the cultural and educational environment in the countries and thirdly focused on the reality of health which shows the rate of life and the possibilities of decent living. We found that these basic dimensions have a wide impact on the quality of life and well-being of individuals and contribute to raising the level of economic and social development.
