| Résumé: | للنفط أهمية كبيرة، فهو يتمتع بمزايا هامة و متعددة فهو عبارة عن سلعة إستراتيجية لها خطورتها في حال السلم و الحرب، فهو يعتبر من بين أهم عناصر التقدير الإستراتيجي للدول، كما أنه يعتبر من بين مؤشرات قياس ثراء و غناء الدول، وإذا كان البعض في الجزائر ينظر بعين الرضا للظروف النفطية الجيدة التي مرت بها الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة، و ما تكوّن عنها من إحتياطيات صرف ضخمة ساهمت في تحسين الظروف الاقتصادية؛ خاصة بعد ظروف أمنية و سياسية صعبة أثرت بشكل كبير على المواطن الجزائري، فإن هناك السواد الأعظم من الرأي العام ينظر عكس ذلك، و يتطلع بشكل حثيث إلى تطور اقتصادي يتحقق بشكل أساس في تقليص حصة المنتجات النفطية في الناتج الإجمالي للبلد، و ليس في تزايدها، فالرأي العام يطمح إلى إحداث التحول من " اقتصاد الريع" إلى " اقتصاد الإنتاج " |
