| Résumé: | هذه الدراسة تتمثل فيما اضحت عليه الامبراطورية الرومانية بعد الاستيلاء على العرش من قبل قائد افريقي المدعو سبتيميوس سيفروس ، يعتبره عصره بداية تغيير في تاريخ الامبراطورية ، حيث اعتمد على اسلوب عسكري وبصيغة ديمقراطية في تسيير الامبراطورية ،لقد اعتبر بعض المؤرخين تولي الاجانب السلطة تجاوز خطير في تاريخ الامبراطورية كما اعتبروا سبتيميوس سيفروس العنصر الرئيسي في اضمحلال الامبراطورية الرومانية. |
