| Résumé: | عندما انتهت المفاوضات الجزائرية الفرنسية في مارس 1962 توجت مرحلة الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية باتفاقيات سميت اتفاقيات ايفيان، وقد تقرر خلالها طريقة تسيير الجزائر في المرحلة الانتقالية من 19 مارس إلى غاية إجراء الاستفتاء وتكوين أول حكومة جزائرية رسمية، بحيث أسندت مهمة تسيير الجزائر إلى هيئة تنفيذية ترأسها فارس عبد الرحمان وعين فيها مجموعة من الشخصيات الجزائرية والفرنسية. ونظرا لصعوبة المرحلة وكثرة مشاكلها دخل أعضاء الهيئة في حوار مع منظمة الجيش السري في 18 ماي، وكان فارس من بادر بالحوار من جهة الجزائريين، وبرزت مجموعة من الأسماء الجزائرية والفرنسية في هذه الاتصالاتالتي انتهت باتفاق شفوي أوقفت بموجبه منظمة الجيش السري عمليات التخريب والتدمير في الجزائر خاصة العاصمة.وفي الأخير كانت لهذا الاتفاق انعكاسات ونتائج سلبية خصوصا على الشخصيات الجزائرية التي شجعت حدوثه. |

The periodwascomplicatedbecause of problems, for this the members of temporaryexecutive enter in communications withOrganization of secret army(OAS) on may 18th , and Fareswas the first which participe in the conversations whichresulting in a verbal agreement, sothat the killing and destruction stopped in the capital of Algeria. Finally the agreement has had amanyreflectionsespeciallytowards Algerian personalitieswhichencouraged the conversations. |
