| Résumé: | إنّ لجوء السلطات الكولونيالية في الجزائر إلى استصدار جُملة من القوانين والتشريعات الاستثنائية المُتعلقة بتنظيم أقاليم الجنوب الجزائري منذ احتلاله، والتي أعطت في النهاية استقلالية مالية وإدارية لمجموع أقاليم الجنوب، جاءت في الواقع لتكريس بداية مشروع فصل جنوب الجزائر عن باقي أقاليم الجزائرية الأخرى، وتبلور ذلك المشروع بشكل جليّ بعد اكتشاف البترول والغاز الطبيعي بهذه الأقاليم سنة 1956، وإنشاء المنظمة المشتركة للمناطق الصحراوية O.C.R.S في 10 جانفي 1957، ومع الإعلان عن إنشاء وزارة الصحراء في 13 جوان 1957 تجسد مشروع الفصل النهائي للصحراء الجزائرية عن الوطن الأم في إطارها القانوني والتنظيمي. |
| Description: | The allowance of colonial authorities’ in Algeria to issue exceptional rules and regulation concerning the southern regions of the country, sluice its colonization led to the grant of administrative and economic (budget) Independence to all hose region. There laws come out to bring into reality the Project of separating the Algeria south from the other parts of the country, especially other the discovery of petroleum GAZ in this region in 1956 and the creation of the common organization for southern regions C.O.S.R in January, 10, 1957 and also with the announcement of the creation of SAHARA ministry on the 13 of Juan 1957 all these to lead the final separation of the Algeria Sahara from the mother country from both legal organization sides. |
