dc.description	Oujda, a city founded a thousand years ago, has a special architectural touch, showing the intelligence and high talents of Moroccan architecture. This monumental heritage summarises the local and regional history. However, many sides have been destroyed due to many reasons, though the local authorities have made great efforts to requalification what was lost. this article deals with the subject of urban renewal, which represents a challenge for the old urban tissue, through an approach aimed at improving the social environment and the living environment of a poor population, while preserving the cultural and historical heritage of the city, is focusing on the most important intervention and project undertaken to rehabilitate the urban heritage of the ancient medina of Oujda, and will evaluate its effects and results at all levels in order to concretize the philosophy of the urban renovation of the ancient medina.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر مدينة وجدة من المدن المغربية القديمة، مر على نشأتها أكثر من ألف سنة، فهذا العمق التاريخي مكنها من احتضان موروثا عمرانيا متنوعا لا يزال شاهدا على عبقرية الإنسان المغربي. هذه المعالم العمرانية التي تخلد التاريخ المحلي والجهوي، قد طالها بعض التدهور نتيجة عوامل مختلفة، لكن هذا التدهور لم يأخذ كثيرا من معالمها الشاهدة على الأزمنة الغابرة. فمع بداية الألفية الثالثة، انطلقت عملية تهيئة وتأهيل واسعة للعديد من معالمها التاريخية. تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع التجديد الحضري الذي يشكل تحديا أمام الأنسجة العمرانية العتيقة من خلال مقاربة تروم ضمان تجويد الإطار الاجتماعي ومحيط العيش لساكنة فقيرة مع الحفاظ على تراث المدينة الثقافي وارثها التاريخي، وهذا بالتركيز على أهم التدخلات والمشاريع المنجزة لإعادة تأهيل التراث العم راني للمدينة القديمة لوجدة، وتقييم آثارها ونتائجها على جميع المستويات تحقيقا لفلسفة سياسة التجديد الحضري بالمدن العتيقة	en_US
