dc.description	The environmental impact study system is considered as one of the major tools and newly-created techniques to protect the ecosystem from negative influence of various human activities that contributed in a way or the other in damaging the environment. Among these human activities which correlates with environment we can find the field of urbanization if infrastructure holding a number of threatens on the ecological balance. Subsequently, various legislations claiming to the necessity of putting environmental criteria and laws to deal with such projects which the system of impact environmental study is concerned with. dc.description.abstract	يعد نظام دراسة التأثير البيئي أحد أهم الوسائل والتقنيات المستحدثة لوقاية البيئة من التأثيرات السلبية لمختلف النشاطات الإنسانية التي ساهمت بشكل أو باخر في الإضرار بالبيئة. ولعل من بين أهم تلك النشاطات التي لها علاقة وطيدة ومتداخلة مع البيئة نجد مجال التعمير والبناء بما يحمله من مخاطر على التوازن الإيكولوجي. لذلك جاءت مختلف التشريعات تدعو إلى ضرورة وضع نظم ومعايير بيئية للتعامل مع هكذا مشاريع، وهو الأمر الذي جاء لتحقيقه نظام دراسة التأثير البيئي	en_US
