dc.description	The penal protection of property built into Algerian legislation has two main aspects. First, protection from infringement of property, which is legal, by criminalizing the violation of this property through the provisions of Article 386 of the Algerian Penal Code, which defined the elements of this crime and the penalties imposed The second aspect is the crimes of the real estate, regardless of the assault on property, which is the crimes of fire, whether deliberate or unintentional, as well as the crimes of sabotage and demolition, which was divided into crimes and wings, may reach the maximum penalties, Which shows the great interest paid by the Algerian legislator, especially through the Penal Code, in the protection of built-up properties, in addition to the other means mentioned in other legislations such as the legislation relating to planning and reconstruction.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ان الحماية الجزائية للعقارات المبنية في التشريع الجزائري تتمثل في جانبين أساسيين ، جانب أول يتعلق بالحماية من التعدي على الملكية الذي يمثل المظهر القانوني ،وذلك بتجريم الاعتداء على هذه الملكية من خلال ما نصت عليه المادة 386 من قانون العقوبات الجزائري التي حددت اركان هذه الجريمة والعقوبات المقررة لها ، اما الجانب الثاني فيتثمل في الجرائم الماسة بالعقارات بغض النظر عن الاعتداء على الملكية والتي تتمثل في جرائم الحريق سواءا كان عمديا أو غير عمدي ، وكذلك جرائم التخريب والهدم والتي انقسمت غلى جنايات وجنح ، قد يصل فيها الجزاء غلى أقصى العقوبات ، وهذا ما يبين الاهتمام الكبير الذي اولاه المشرع الجزائري خاصة من خلال قانون العقوبات في حماية العقارات المبنية بالإضافة إلى الوسائل الاخرى التي جاء بها في التشريعات الاخرى كالتشريع المتعلق بالتهيئة والتعمير	en_US
