dc.description	The city of Ain M’lila witnessed Since independence a set of transitions touched Various aspects of urbanism, Contributed significantly to its growth and development. The urban planning policies adopted by the Algerian state have played a big role in these changes, which contributed to increasing the urban area of the city on the one hand, and change in urban forms (urban design, urban landscape, morphology ... etc). These policies have been embodied in either urban plans or development programs (equipment and public facilities) Or housing programs in various formats (Collective, semi-collective, individual). But in return the result was Deteriorated urban environment it has several problems in the form of pollution in its various forms, Transportation problem, drinking water crisis, etc. We tried through this research paper Shed light On Indicators of the problematic, by highlighting the role of urban planning policies pursued in occurrence Urban transformations in the city of Melilla by studying Their manifestations, forms and Their implications, and we relied on the survey method.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	شهدت مدينة عين مليلة (ولاية أم البواقي) منذ الاستقلال مجموعة من التحولات مست مختلف جوانبها العمرانية، ساهمت بشكل كبير في نموها و تطورها.و قد كان لسياسات التخطيط العمراني التي انتهجتها الدولة الجزائرية دور كبير في حدوث هذه التحولات، و التي ساهمت في زيادة المجال الحضري للمدينة من جهة ، و تبدل في الاشكال العمرانية (التصميم العمراني، المشهد الحضري، المورفولجية ...الخ). هذه السياسات تجسدت اما بمخططات عمرانية أو برامج تنموية (تجهيزات و مرافق عمومية) أو برامج سكنية بمختلف الصيغ( جماعي، نصف جماعي، فردي). لكن بالمقابل نتج محيط عمراني متدهور يعاني من عدة مشاكل في صورة التلوث بمختلف أشكاله، مشكل النقل، أزمة المياه الصالحة للشرب...الخ. و عليه فمن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية حاولنا القاء الضوء حاولنا القاء الضوء على المؤشرات الخاصة بالاشكالية المطروحة، وذلك بابراز دور سياسات التخطيط العمراني المنتهجة في حدوث التحولات العمرانية بمدينة عين مليلة من خلال دراسة مظاهرها و أشكالها والانعكاسات المترتبة عنها، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج المسحي	en_US
