| Résumé: | اهتمت الجزائر كباقي دول العالم بتنظيم الملكية العقارية وذلك من خلال سن قواعد قانونية تنظم التصرفات الواردة عليها وتحديد كيفية التعامل معها ، ويلعب المسح العقاري باعتباره كإجراء لإثبات الملكية دورا هاما في تحديد النطاق العام للعقارات وذلك من خلال تحديد مواقع العقارات ، ومعرفة مالكيها ، وهذا من خلال القيام بمجموعة من الإجراءات التحضيرية والميدانية من أجل جرد كل الممتلكات العقارية وتحديد نطاق كل بلدية ووضعها تحت تصرف مالكيها لتفادي أي نزاع قد يحدث بشأنها ، وكذا مواجهة الإشكالات القانونية التي قد تعترض عملية المسح العقاري. |
| Description: | As the rest of the countries in the world, Algeria has been interested in organizing real estate ownership through legal rules to regulate actions involved therin and determining how to deal with them, and the real estate survey plays as a property verification plays an important role in determining the overall scope of real estate by identifying real estate sites and knowing their owners. This is done through a set of preparatory and domains procedures ,and it is for inventory all real property and determine the scope of each municipality and put it at the disposal of its owners to avoid any disputes that might occur and to address the legal issues which probably face the survey. |
