| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة لبحث دور الشراكة بين الجماعات المحلية والجهات الفاعلة في إرساء المدن المستدامة على ضوء القانون 06/06 المتضمن القانون التوجيهي للمدينة، الذي يندرج في سياق استكمال المنظومة التشريعية المتعلقة بتهيئة الإقليم وتنميته المستدامة، ويقوم هذا القانون على عدد من المبادئ أهمها في مجال هذا البحث هو مبدأ المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المتعلقة بسياسة المدينة المستدامة. كما تهتم الدراسة ببحث أهمية الشراكة متعددة الأطراف في التنمية المستدامة للمدن، وتحديداً من خلال مشروع توفير طاقة نظيفة لمدن البحر المتوسط CES-MED الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، والذي يهدف إلى العمل مع بلديات بلدان الجنوب للآلية الأوروبية للجوار والشراكة. |
| Description: | This paper aims to examine the role of the partnership between local groups and actors in the establishment of sustainable cities in the framework of the law 06/06, which falls in the context of the completion of the legislative system relating to creating sustainable development of the region. The paper also interested in examining the importance of multilateral partnership in the sustainable development of cities, specifically through a project to provide clean energy to the cities of the Mediterranean CES-MED funded by the European Union, which aims to work with the municipalities of the South European mechanism Neighbourhood and Partnership.
