dc.description.abstract	يعد التأمين عن المسؤولية العشرية من أهم أنواع التأمينات في وقتنا الحاضر،نظرا لما تحتله أعمال البناء والتشييد من مكانة هامة وما ينتج عنها من أضرار ناتجة عن عيوب في عملية التشييد. ولما كان التعويض عن هذه الأضرار يشكل عبئا ماليا يقع على عاتق المسؤول ،ويزداد الأمر أهمية نظرا لتواجد عدة متدخلين في عملية التشييد،بحيث يصعب معه تحديد من هو المسئول عن هذا الضرر،لهذا تدخل المشرع بموجب الأمر 95-07 المتعلق بالتأمينات وفرض التأمين عن هذه المسؤولية للمتدخلين في عملية البناء،والهدف منه –التأمين-تغطية الأضرار التي تصيب المسئول في ذمته المالية.	en_US
