dc.description.abstract	قتصر نطاق التأمين الالزامي من المسؤولية المدنية للمقاول على نوعين من العقود، عقد يبرمه المقاول منذ فتح الورشة إلى غاية الاستلام النهائي للمشروع، أي أثناء فترة تنفيذ الأشغال، يغطي فيه مسؤوليته المدنية المهنية التي قد يتعرض لها بسبب أشغال بالبناء وتجديد البناءات وترميمها، بعد تسلم هذه الأشغال إلى صاحب المشروع، يكتتب المقاول عقد تأمين يغطي فيه مسؤوليته العشرية المنصوص عليها في المادة 554 من القانون المدني، على أن يبدأ سريان هذا العقد من الاستلام النهائي للمشروع، ويستفيد من هذا الضمان صاحب المشروع و/أو ملاكيه التتالين له	en_US
