| dc.description | Algeria adopted the strategy of the new cities to increase the effectiveness of the urban development and to keep up with the development in response to the requirements and challenges of sustainable development that was after several steps, where Algeria enacted the first law on the conditions for the establishment and formation of new cities in 2002. And in 2006, the specifications of the new cities began to become clear with the promulgation of Decree No. 06-06 guiding the city. We also studied the city of “Sidi Abdullah” as a model as it was established to be a model that embodies the modern city and urban organization under law 04-275. | en_US |
