dc.description	The idea of our research relates to the extent of the relationship of treating contaminated sites as a legal, environmental and health necessity in order to establish sustainable cities, especially if they are near these sites, which were major industrial projects, or places for throwing and disposing of waste, so that they become polluted areas by virtue of what was in them. The situation addresses the legislation to the necessity of removing the existing damage and removing the urban areas as much as possible from its location, in order to protect the human element that is considered the focus of sustainable development, and which requires a set of dimensions related mainly to the preservation of human health and material and moral property. dc.description.abstract	تتعلق فكرة بحثنا بمدى علاقة معالجة المواقع الملوثة كضرورة قانونية وبيئية وصحية لاجل اقامة المدن المستدامة، خاصة اذا كانت بالقرب من هذه المواقع، التي كانت عبارة عن مشاريع صناعية كبرى، او اماكن لرمي النفايات والتخلص منها، فتصبح مناطق ملوثة بحكم ماكان موجود فيها، ففي هذه الحالة تتصدى التشريعات لضرورة ازالة الضرر اموجود بها، وابعاد المناطق الحضرية قدر الامكان من موقعها، حماية للعنصر البشرية الذي يعتبر محور التنمية المستدامة، والتي تشترط مجموعة من الابعاد المرتبطة اساسا بالحفاظ على صحة الانسان وممتلكاته المادية والمعنوية. الكلمات المفتاحية: معالجة المواقع الملوثة، التلوث الصناعي، التنمية المستدامة، المدن المستدامة.	en_US
