| Résumé: | إن الانتشار السريع لفيروس كورونا كوفيد 19 يطرح مشكلة تغيير الأوضاع الحضرية و يخلق تحديات كبيرة فيما يخص الأمن و السلامة داخل المدن ، و يعتبر صفعة قوية و تجربة مريرة لدول العالم تفرض عليها إعادة ترتيب أولوياتها و صياغة مفاهيمها فيما يخص النمو الحضري و علاقته بالبيئة . لذلك فالهدف من دراستنا هذه هو توضيح الأثر الكبير الذي أحدثه فيروس كوفيد 19 على حياة سكان العالم بالوسط الحضري و محاولة إيجاد أفق جديدة للتخطيط الحضري المستقبلي تركز على تحديث معايير و متطلبات التخطيط و محاولة إيجاد حلول تدمج المنظور الصحي بعمليات التخطيط الحضري بطرق جديدة و بالاستعانة بأنظمة ذكية تقف في وجه أي أوبئة مستقبلية و تحدث تغييرات جذرية في طرق التخطيط الحضري بما يتماشى مع المستقبل . و تخلص الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن مدن المستقبل يجب أن تكون وفق تخطيط عمراني ياخد في تقديراته الأوبئة و الفيروسات ، من خلال التنسيق بين دول العالم لإحداث قوانين دولية تضمن تزاوج بين عمليات التخطيط الحضري و حماية الصحة العالمية ، تعيد التوازن بين التجمعات الحضرية في المدن المكتظة و الأرياف كنوع من سياسة التباعد الاجتماعي و تجسد فكرة المدن الذكية و توسيعها على كافة دول العالم لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل. |
| Description: | The rapid spread of COVID-19 has brought about the problem of changing the situation of cities and a major challenge in terms of safety and security in cities. This is a heavy slap and painful experience for countries around the world, forcing them to rearrange and set priorities. The concept of urban growth and its relationship with the environment. Therefore, the purpose of our research is to clarify the significant impact of COVID-19 on the life of the world's urban population, and try to find a new vision for future urban planning, with the focus on updating planning standards and requirements, and trying to find solutions. The health perspective is combined with the urban planning process in a new way, using intelligent systems to combat any future epidemics, and fundamentally changing the urban planning approach based on the future. The study finally concluded that future cities should, according to urban planning and through coordination among countries around the world, formulate international law to ensure that the urban planning process is combined with health protection to estimate epidemics and viruses. Globally, it has restored the balance between crowded cities and urban agglomerations in rural areas. As a social isolation policy, it reflects the concept of smart city and expands it to all countries in the world to meet future challenges.
