Résumé:	قدرة أي بلد على سلوك مسارات التنمية المستدامة تعتمد إلى حد كبير على جودة هياكله المؤسساتية. بعبارة أخرى، لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة يلزم وجود مؤسسات فعالة. في هذا المقال نهدف إلى تحليل العلاقة بين المؤسسات والتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. باستعمال عرضا وصفيا للمسائل الرئيسية المتصلة بالتنمية المستدامة ومحدداتها، مع التركيز على دور المؤسسات. سنطبق هذا الإطار على الجوانب المتعلقة بالترتيبات المؤسساتية في الإقتصاد الجزائري بغية تقييم قدرته على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. سنجري تحليل لعدة مؤشرات الحوكمة (بيانات لقياس جوانب الحكم مثل إبداء الرأي والمساءلة وسيادة القانون وما إلى ذلك) ومؤشرات التنمية المستدامة (مثل مستوى الدخل ومعدل البطالة وما إلى ذلك). وانطلاقا من فرضية أن العدد المتزايد من المؤسسات المنشأة ليس هو المهم حقا ، بل هو تطوير مؤسسات جيدة تعزز التقدم والنمو الإقتصادي. ، فيما بعد سنركز على السياسات والإستراتيجيات الرامية إلى تحسين المؤسسات القائمة وتعزيزها بغية دعم التنمية المستدامة.
Description:	Abstract: A country's ability to pursue sustainable development paths depends to a large extent on the quality of its institutional structures. In other words, effective institutions are essential for sustainable development. In this post we aim to analyze the relationship between institutions and sustainable development in Algeria. Using a descriptive presentation of key issues related to sustainable development and their determinants, with a focus on the role of institutions. We will apply this framework to aspects of institutional arrangements in the Algerian economy in order to assess its ability to achieve sustainable development. We will analyze several governance indicators (data to measure governance aspects such as voice, accountability, rule of law, etc.) and sustainable development indicators (e.g. income level, unemployment rate, etc.). On the premise that the growing number of institutions is not really important, it is to develop good institutions that promote progress and economic growth. Subsequently, we will focus on policies and strategies to improve and strengthen existing institutions in order to support sustainable development.
