dc.description	Abstract: The aim of this research is to gather, present, and discuss the opinions, ideas and results of some researchers who aim to contribute to the proposal of an integrative model between rational approach and intuitive approach in strategic decision making, focusing on the research work of Mintzberg and Simon. Determining how a manager can make a strategic decision is a process that is still not fully understood. There is still a relatively large gap between the rational approach that sees strategic decision making as a logical-analytical procedure based on a series of introductions that leads to results and is viewed as a process based on personal judgment based on intuitive approach Keywords: Rational approach, Intuitive approach, Strategic decision, manager.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى جمع وعرض، ومناقشة أراء وأفكار ونتائج بعض الباحثين الذين يهدفون إلى المساهمة في اقتراح النموذج التكاملي بين المدخل العقلاني والمدخل الحدسي في اتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية، مع التركيز على أعمال وأبحاث Mintzberg وSimon الخاصة بهذا الموضوع. إذ نجد أن تحديد كيفية وصول المدير إلى اتخاذ قرار إستراتيجي ما، هي عملية ما زالت غير مفهومة بالكامل. هناك فجوة مازالت واسعة نسبيا بين المدخل العقلاني الذي يرى أن اتخاذ القرار الإستراتيجي يعد كإجراء منطقي-تحليلي مبني على سلسلة من المقدمات يقود من ثم إلى الوصول إلى نتائج وبين النظر إليه كعملية مبنية على التقدير الشخصي معتمدا على المدخل الحدسي.	en_US
