Résumé:	Inflation is considered a monetary phenomenon that carries a high degree of risk due to the negative effects it has on economic activity and the social welfare of countries. The present study aims to deal with the important aspects of inflation by suggesting a policy that can help local policy-makers to curb inflation efficiently. The study concluded that inflation in Algeria is highly affected by the repercussions of the countries’ policies, which in turn requires the local policy-makers to adopt the right policies.
