| Résumé: | ضمانا لاستقلالية ممارسة العهدة البرلمانية، أحاطها المؤسس الدستوري بمجموعة من الضمانات التي هي في صالح النائب او العضو وتتمثل هذه الضمانات في الحصانة البرلمانية ومستحقات مالية ومزايا اخرى ذلك أنه من وظائف البرلمان ان باعتباره ممثل للشعب ومعبر عن إرادته يقوم باستعمال كل ما لديه من سلطات من أجل الدفاع عن حقوق الشعب الذي اختاره حتى يكون في المستوى المطلوب ،وضمانا لان لا يحيد عن النهج المرجو من ممثلي الشعب فرض عليهم عدم الجمع بين العهدة البرلمانية و الوظائف العامة والانشطة الخاصة وذلك تحقيقا لمبدأ الفصل بين السلطات كما ان المؤسس الدستوري حارب ظاهرة التجوال السياسي التي تؤثر على الثقة بين المواطن و ممثله الذي غير انتماءه الذي كان سببا في وصوله الى البرلمان. |
| Description: | To ensure the independence of the exercise of the parliamentary mandate, the constitutional founder has surrounded it with a set of guarantees that are in the interest of the representative or member. These guarantees are parliamentary immunity, financial entitlements and other benefits, because it is one of the functions of Parliament as a representative of the people and expressing their will. He uses all his powers to Defending the rights of the people he chose so that he would be at the required level, and in order to ensure that he would not deviate from the desired approach of the people’s representatives, he imposed on them not to combine the parliamentary mandate with public functions and private activities, in order to achieve the principle of separation of powers, and the constitutional founder fought the phenomenon of political roaming that He was affected by the trust between the citizen and his representative, who changed his affiliation, which was the reason for his arrival in Parliament |
