| dc.description | This study aims to identify the concept of process re engineering and the most important stages of its implementations at the level of human resources management. On the practical side, the field study focused on the reality of applying the process reengineering method in the biometric interest in the Municipality of Dahmouni and evaluating its effectiveness and success in the organization. At the end of the research, it became clear that the process reengineering process has a great impact on the development of human resources management. | dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة في جانبها النظري إلى التعرف على مفهوم إعادة هندسة العمليات وأهم مراحل تطبيقها على مستوى إدارة الموارد البشرية. أما في الجانب التطبيقي لها خصصت لدراسة الميدانية حول واقع تطبيق أسلوب إعادة هندسة العمليات في المصلحة البيومترية ببلدية الدحموني وتقييم مدى فاعليتها ونجاحها في المنظمة. وقد اتضح في نهاية البحث أن لأسلوب إعادة هندسة العمليات تأثير كبير في تطوير إدارة الموارد البشرية، إذ وجب عليها مواكبة التطورات الحاصلة في بيئتها والبحث عن التغيير والتجديد الدائم لمسايرة التطورات ومواجهة التحديات المختلفة، وهذا ما جعل عملية الهندرة صفة ملازمة لكل المنظمات وجزء من العملية الإدارية . | en_US |
